The location and grounds are beautiful and well maintained

I have lived here for almost three year. The apartment has wonderful lighting. The maintance person responds quickly and is very personable.

I LOVE THS PLACE

I have been living here for 4 years and I cannot rave enough about this place. Maintenance is by far the best thing about this place -- there have been a few times where I have had maintenance emergencies and they are taken care of within 30 minutes. Rent can be a little pricey but when you take into account how updated everything is and the competitor rents around the area -- this place is a great value. Parking is absolutely never an issue. I love amenities here including a pool, a fun fire pit, barbecues etc. The gym could be bigger however they have done an excellent job trying to expand it -- it has everything I need and it is rarely busy. Laundry facilities are top notch. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice -- noteably Jose who is clearly the backbone of this property. I recommend everyone to live here. It is also decently quiet, however being an apartment complex, it will get a little noisy from time to time, but that is to be expected at any place you live at -- it is definitely quieter than many other places out there. Additionally the grounds are kept immaculately. Really I do love living here that I have not looked elsewhere since moving in 4 years ago!!
